Section 68
Reserve fund
: (1) There shall be a reserve fund in the cooperative society.
(2) The fund under sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-
(a) At least twenty-five percent of the net savings amount of the financial year,
(b) capital grant amount provided by any institution, association or body,
(c) Proceeds from sale of immovable property,
(d) Amount received from other sources.
(3) The amount of the fund under sub-section (1) shall be indivisible.
(2) The fund under sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-
